We understand that you're spending a lot of money and over a great distance - our restorations happen in Vietnam. We want to do everything in our power to make buying from us as smooth and comfortable as possible. Below are some of the things we do to help you feel more comfortable with us....
Quality. We have had our Vespas inspected by different mechanics in the U.S. - all of whom have given their thumbs up. We invite you to have your Vespa checked by a mechanic - we're positive they'll give you the thumbs up on our Vespa.
Experience. We've been in business since 1999. During those years, we've sold Vespas to over 400 people.
Buyer Protection. When paying by paypal or credit card, your investment is protected by PayPal's buyer protection policy.
References. We can provide references upon request. More than likely, we have references in your country.
Customer service. Our response time is usually within 24 hours via e-mail. If you want to actually hear a voice - leave us your phone number and we'll contact you in whatever country you live in.
Payment security. You will receive a copy of all shipping paperwork after you have paid the remaining balance (We do ask for a deposit of $500).
